There are two main ways:
Fixed-scope projects: 12-week engagements with a defined focus and clear outcomes.
Ongoing support: Fractional leadership, coaching, or advisory work once we’ve built momentum.
We’ll shape the engagement around your needs and ways of working — I don’t do one-size-fits-all.

Most of my work is hybrid — a mix of remote collaboration and on-site sessions.
I find the best results come from being in the room with teams when it matters, especially for facilitation, coaching, or sensitive alignment work.
That said, I’m flexible and will always shape the engagement around what works best for your people and ways of working. -
I usually book projects 6-12 weeks ahead, depending on scope.
If your need is urgent or time-sensitive, still reach out — if I can’t help immediately, I’ll be honest about it and may be able to refer you to someone trusted in my network.
